Description
- To read, review and understand the Patient Medical report and covert them into designed Medical Codes by following standard guidelines and instructions pertaining to the project/client/facility using standard coding tools like CPT, ICD, HCPCS coding books or any other available applicable tools approved by the reporting Officer.To achieve and maintain the productivity grid consistently on a daily/weekly and monthly basis provided by the reporting Officer.
- To achieve the productivity target with desired quality.
