Job Description:

Trainee medical coder would be given training in medical coding ICD-10 and implementation, CPT, HCPCS, HIPAA compliance and undergo stringent training in medical coding

Reviewing and analyzing patient records

Responsible for timely and accurate procedural and diagnosis coding from the medical charts/records review the medical record to identify all services provided by the physician

Assigning ICD and CPT codes to the patient medical record

Walk in date : 25^th august to September 1^st  2014

Walk-in time : 10.00 A.M to 4.30 P.M only

Job Description:

-> Reviewing and analyzing patient records.

-> Assigning CPT, HCPCS & ICD's based on medical report.

-> Should be updated on the coding guidelines & CMS edits.

-> Adhering the quality standards and HIPPA compliance.

-> Meeting daily targets in their respective assignments.

-> Stepping forward to take responsibilities.

-> Min. 1 year experience is required in any speciality.

Education

Must be a graduate form medical, Para medical, Life Science Graduate, Homeopathy Physician, BPT, Pharmacy, Biology Graduate.

BDS, BHM, B.Pharma, B.Sc, MBBS, M.Pharma, M.Sc, Doctorate Degree

In depth knowledge of human anatomy is must.

Salary:

Negotiable for right candidates

Apart from salary (Incentive + Allowance + Meal + Cab + PF)

5 Days working, Saturday and Sunday fixed off.
